1. GENERAL TERMS

By accepting and purchasing my artist commission services, you agree to all the conditions set forth below.I own the rights to these works, I have the power to publish these artistic pieces on my social networks. I will not resell your commission or use it commercially.Personal commissions: You cannot resell my art, make merch or any source of income with it.
Commercial commissions: 60% + of the commission is paid, you can make merch and make a source of income with it.

If you ask for a commission, I'm going to assume you read and agree to these terms.

2. WORK TERMS

You can contact me by Instagram DM or by Mail ([email protected]) and describe to me what the artwork consists of.The work will be carried out in the following order:

  • After placing the order, I will start with the first sketch.

  • Upon completion of the sketch, it will be sent (with my watermark) for you to review.

  • Made the necessary corrections I will proceed to finish the final product.

IMPORTANT

  • The signature cannot be deleted.

  • The estimated delivery time of the first sketch is up to one week (business days).

  • The estimated delivery time of the final product is up to one month (business days).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on my situation (force majeure situations).

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • You must pay the entire commission to get started.

  • The payment is via Paypal.

  • Payment is for the creation of a personalized work, not for transfer of rights.
